Initial Setup : Complex Variant
- 15 Pawns, 4 Rooks, 4 Knights, 4 Bishops, 2 Queens, 1 King.
- The rules of normal chess apply.
- Pawns move forward diagonally, and capture horizontally and vertically.
- Pawns can have an initial two squares move.
- Castling is not allowed.
- Knights move as in normal chess.
